Refund and Returns Policy

We really hope you absolutely love your wallcovering but just in case...

  •  If you wish to return an item please notify us in writing (email is fine - the address is on the contact page) within 28 days of purchase. We will then send you a returns form by email.

  • Any return postage will need to be paid for by the Customer. 

  • Proof is required of postage.

  • All items for return must be returned in their original outer packaging and not have been removed from their protective clear sleeve. We cannot refund a customer if the roll has been opened. 

  • Please ensure that you place your original delivery note in with your return so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible once your returned goods are received.

  • We always advise using a tracked service, both to ensure the goods reach us and to provide you with cover in case of goods being lost or damaged by your courier in transit. If goods are lost or returned to us damaged and in non-saleable condition, we will not be able to process your refund.

  •  Please be reminded that we are unable to accept returns on special print runs for bespoke colourways, as these are negotiated and printed to order.

  •  Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
